Our Solution:
WiFi and internet provisions were installed for 350+ exhibitors, 3,500 visitors each day and a separate network for the organisers and registration systems. A 1Gb internet leased line was installed into the field, with a fibre backbone across 4 separate comms locations, and 24 Ruckus R700 high spec access points across the site to provide high density coverage throughout. We also provided valuable visitor data capture for UBM so that a report could be created to see visitor demographics and locations, as well as dwell times across the event.
In total this was a 6 week build and breakdown with a team of 4 engineers and 2 technical support engineers across the project cycle.
