The Project:
Wandsworth Council's long-standing official Bonfire Night display brightens up the skies across Battersea Park each year, and in 2021 it became a two-night extravaganza.
In partnership with Health and Wellbeing charity, Enable, Wandsworth Council's two-day event includes an award-winning 22-minute pyrotechnics display, all set to music on the first night, with food stalls and entertainment. An after-party runs after the show until midnight for the older audience, with a beer hall, live bands and bumper cars. The second day’s event is for those that prefer a quieter experience and includes an incredible light installation by Squid Soup.
Our Solution:
Noba has been working with Enable Leisure since 2019 to design, install and maintain a permanent site infrastructure across Battersea Park to support the various public events each year.
The fireworks display is the largest of the annual shows, and the Noba team provides site-wide connectivity each year. The first live display since covid saw the event double in size, becoming a two-day event.
Our rock-solid site-wide network provides ticketing, catering, and production connectivity. The WiFi across the site ensures the entry system is seamless and means that food stalls and bars can serve visitors quickly, reducing queues and maximising revenue.
Noba also provides site-wide CCTV, which uses our bulletproof connectivity to keep the site safe and secure throughout the event life cycle.
